Oh noooo! The second you mentioned your eyebrows, I thought, 'no, she didn't', and you DID! I actually googled how to get hair dye off skin (I'm sure you already did), and ironically someone posted the exact same question on yahoo answers earlier today. The answers were hairspray, windex, and acetone nail polish remover. Not all at one, of course, that'd be a whole 'notha post!
